Completely rebuilt in 2011. Everything is new: all utilities, all wiring with corrugated pipes, complying with the up-to-date standards, the heating system producing more than enough heat. Warm floors and batteries, all indoor walls and overlaps are soundproof. External and internal heat insulation. The house is heated throughout the winter with one cubic meter gas bottle; the room temperature is 23–24 degrees. The house is wonderfully cool in summer. New Italian aluminium glass units with easy-to-use and functional mosquito nets.
Three levels. All rooms are equipped with soundproof, efficient and environmentally friendly air conditioners DAIKIN + ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The 1st floor. The main entrance with a spacious wind porch. A corridor, a wardrobe, a study, two bedrooms with utility facilities (a bathroom + a shower cabin with the steam generator function). The sun blinds are almost everywhere. A large living room combined with the kitchen, new kitchen equipment, appliances, a fireplace, efficient air vent to the outside with a special vent pipe. Every side of the house has a terrace with access to the garden, a dining table and sun blinds. Beautiful natural wood stairs (laminated wood technology), whisper-quiet, no gaps or looseness.
The ground floor. Two night nurseries with sanitary facilities (a hydromassage bath tub), a nursing room, a wine storage, spacious utility rooms with windows in the window wells, a laundry room. Both bedrooms have access right to the swimming pool. Roller shutters.
The 2nd floor. A large glazed terrace (everything can be opened, the windows can be double-folded). The terrace is currently used as an exercise room, there are flowers in pots and armchairs. A small corridor, a large bedroom with sanitary facilities, large bathroom. Open terrace with a gorgeous view, outdoor bed with a canopy, deck chairs and a sun blind.

Environment: very calm (you can sleep on the terrace), middle-class area, many foreigners, all plots are 2,500 meters and more each, all neighbors know each other, the district holidays are organized twice a year, with the chief magistrate’s and the town priest’s speeches, after which the neighbors enjoy peacefully their drinks and meals in our small square of Saint-Michel. The district news bulletin is issued annually (purchase and sale information, all telephone numbers and general news). There is almost no traffic under the windows (except for the neighbors driving home, the house is located on a dead-end street). No aircraft appear over the district; there is no harsh wind here, unlike in the mountainous coastal areas; the climate is mild; the roads do not freeze even in the coldest winter morning.
The wood is everywhere; there are hundreds of hectares of thickly wooded hills a little way to the mountains in the direction of Gourdon. If there is one thing you will never lack, it is fresh air. The surrounding atmosphere is continuously replenished through the intense photosynthesis.
Saint- Paul-de-Vence: this Хth century historical town is protected by the UNESCO; the town is one of the most famous contemporary art museums in the world, which has been popular with artists and actors since the beginning of the ХХth century. There is an art gallery in the town. The town is toylike; it is a gallery town with its undestroyed valla, towers and medieval architecture, in which canvas the elegant restaurants, boutiques and hotels are embedded. There are many open air places for hiking and excursions.
The commune issues special green leaflets with the description of tourist routes of any length and complexity: up the hills and across the plains, to the lake and along the river, mushrooming and rock climbing tours – it is up to your discretion.
Vence (5 minutes) is a middle-class town with a graceful ancient center, large percentage of foreigners (Englishmen).
Cagnes-sur-Mer (5 minutes) is a small town with a glorious castle seen from everywhere, old paved streets, a wine-making museum and a portrait gallery with the portraits of Suzy Solidor, the most painted lady of the beginning of the XXth century. The Renoir’s Memorial House. A swimming pool. There are many Englishmen, either. There is a cultural center with good French, Italian and Spanish courses. Stadium, indoor swimming pool, tennis club, a wide range of children’s classes – from aikido to fencing.
Villeneuve-Loubet and La Colle-sur-Loup (10 minutes) are historic centers with family restaurants; everything is clean, lovely and vivid. There are large children’s playgrounds (over ten hectares) with rope ladders on the trees, climbing walls of different complexity, a golf club, football and five-a-side grounds, a river with a large children’s playground in the neighborhood.
In the surroundings, there are neither dump nor abandoned waste lands covered with prickles; in the summertime it not so crowded here as on the coast itself.
